One thing I’ve learnt over the years is that although people enjoy their gym work and one to one sessions, they absolutely love group sessions.
My latest “Fitness Camps”are no exception and everybody who attends not only has a great workout but has a great time too. There’s not much better than training hard along the beautiful beach front. Of course Bootcamp style training isn’t only about punching holes in your Cardio Fitness we hit the floor for plenty of good power and core body fitness exercises, which helps tone the body and improve stamina.
Overall Fitness Camp gives you the best of both worlds. You get a fantastic, intensive training session plus improved co-ordination, cardio fitness, stamina and strength. The exercises have been developed over many years and I don’t think too many people would argue, that in general, Bootcampers have a fantastic level of fitness, excellent co-ordination and superb stamina. You can get all of this at Fitness Camp.
To top it all off, you get to train alongside a great group of people and you get ME to motivate you and keep you going.

My Fitness Camps are currently taking place twice a week and are available to join 2-3 times a year.
