Every single person I work with is unique. Their weight, height, body shape and overall fitness levels vary, as do the personal fitness goals they are looking to achieve.

Not only that but their lifestyles vary too. Some work full time, others are self employed, some are full time mums, where others are single and have no ties.

So it stands to reason that individual people, with individual goals and lifestyles, need a health and fitness programme as unique as they are.

My TNT lifestyle management programme is as unique as the people I work with. By giving an overall assessment of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle, I can design a full package to help them achieve their fitness goals.

One to one training, a fully scheduled fitness programme, weekly diet sheets and lifestyle tips and advice are all tailored to meet individuals needs. Not only that but I offer full motivational support, to help on those days when you might need a little ‘lift’.
